Not all inventories are made equal… So why should you choose us?

  • An inventory report should be a concise record of the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy - simple enough in theory, but the reality can often be quite different. To create a good report you need to have a good template, the right tools, and crucially, knowledge and understanding of the lettings industry (and why the report is needed in the first instance).

  • Inventories (or schedules of conditions) provide evidence of the properties condition prior to a tenancy. This can help to avoid disputes at the end of a tenancy, ensuring that both the landlord and the tenants are protected from situations such as unfair deposit outcomes. Additionally, since the changes to tenancies made by the Renters Rights Act 2026, it is extremely important to have a clear schedule of condition.
