Our inventory and checkout services are mainly based in the areas of Teignbridge, Torbay, South Hams, and Exeter - and our pricing guides are based on carrying out visits on properties within these areas.  However, we do also provide services further away.  If you have a property that is not within our usual areas and would like a quote, please contact us. 

We are based in Teignmouth, and currently cover Teignbridge, Torbay, South Hams, and Exeter (and further upon request).  Please note that we do not have a traditional "office", and are not open for drop-in visits.
